Kaitlin Harstine, M.A., RPA has work experience as an Assisstant Project Director at Statistical Research, Inc. (SRI) from June 2021 to June 2023. Kaitlin then transitioned to the role of Project Director at the same company starting in June 2023. Prior to their work at SRI, Kaitlin was an Operations Manager at Kohl's from October 2017 to May 2021.

Kaitlin Harstine, M.A., RPA, completed their educational journey with a Master of Arts in Anthropology from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2012 to 2016. Kaitlin's academic pursuits began at Fort Campbell High School, where they received their High School Diploma between 2010 and 2012.
