Espen Øvergaard

Espen Øvergaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and project delivery, currently serving as SVP of Business Support & Finance at Statkraft since January 2016. In this role, Øvergaard is part of the management team for the newly established business area of Technology & Project Delivery and oversees staff and finance functions. Previously, Øvergaard held several key positions at Statkraft, including SVP of Business Support & Ownership and VP roles focusing on GBS Finance and Accounting, managing dedicated teams in financial reporting. With a solid foundation in SAP Financials consulting, Øvergaard has contributed to organizations such as itelligence and Share Consulting AS, handling upgrades and implementation projects. Øvergaard also holds an MBA from Baruch College and degrees in management and finance from Saint John's University and The Norwegian School of Management, BI.
