Gitte Bromander

Gitte Bromander is an experienced professional in business development and management consulting within the energy sector. Currently serving as New Business Development Lead at Statkraft since October 2022, Gitte manages a portfolio of initiatives that aim to create new business domains through organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Business Development Manager at Kjeller Innovasjon AS, where Gitte focused on developing sustainable business ideas and supporting startups. Additionally, Gitte held the position of Principal at Rystad Energy, leading projects in strategy, business development, and commercial due diligence with an emphasis on energy transition and low carbon technologies. Early career experiences include project management and consulting roles, as well as internships in corporate finance and hydropower. Gitte holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has studied at The University of Edinburgh.
