Helga Hernes

Helga Hernes currently serves as the Head of HR - People Service Excellence at Statkraft since May 2023, following a successful tenure as Head of Sales B2C Norway at Fortum from October 2019 to May 2023. At Fortum, Helga led acquisition and sales efforts to B2C customers in Norway, overseeing a team of nearly 200 sales representatives. Previous roles include Sales Operations Manager at Securitas Direct Verisure Group, where Helga managed sales and marketing for franchise partners, and contributions in partnership management across various companies. Helga has pursued extensive education at BI Norwegian Business School, currently working towards an Executive Master of Management in Human Resource Management and holding multiple degrees related to management and project management.
