Ingo MacHenbach

Ingo Machenbach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in hydrogen production and environmental engineering. Currently serving as the Head Advisor for Hydrogen at Statkraft since September 2011, Ingo provides advisory support for hydrogen project portfolios, develops technology strategies, and oversees R&D initiatives. Ingo's previous roles include Senior Business Development Engineer and Senior Engineer, where expertise in green hydrogen project development, biofuel production, and osmotic power generation was demonstrated. Ingo has held leadership positions such as Board Member at HYDROGENi and Chairman of the Board at FME Bio4Fuels, and has conducted significant research at IFE and SINTEF. Ingo earned a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Dipl.-Ing. in Chemical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
