Joana Bischoff currently serves as a Senior Sustainability Analyst at Statkraft since March 2023. Prior to this role, Joana held various positions at Tereos from January 2018 to March 2023, including Sustainability Specialist, Laboratory Manager, and Industrial Trainee. Joana gained early experience as an Operations Intern at Cervejaria Jester, contributing to production processes and new flavor development, including the popular Jester Blonde Maracujá. Additional experience includes work as an Assistant Researcher in the Milk Processing Lab at the University of California, Davis, focusing on milk byproducts, and a scholarship in Molecular Biology at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Joana holds an MBA in Data Science & Analytics from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from UFSC, complemented by studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a technical degree in Culinary Arts from IFSC.
