Kornel Koronowski

Kornel Koronowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and policy development. Currently serving as the Head of Origination at Statkraft since April 2022, Kornel manages the company’s Polish Markets branch and oversees downstream Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) activities. Previously, Kornel held various senior roles at Boryszew S.A., including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor for the Atlantic Council and a fellow with the U.S. Department of State's Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative. Kornel's early career encompassed positions with the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland and roles in law firms such as Baker McKenzie and Clifford Chance. Education credentials include a Master of Laws and Bachelor degrees from the University of Warsaw, as well as studies at Sciences Po and Harvard Business School Online.
