Lars Thore Melby

Lars Thore Melby currently serves as Vice President of M&A at Statkraft since October 2014, with a history of roles including Senior Project Manager and Senior Advisor focused on M&A and investment analysis. Prior to Statkraft, Lars held various positions at EY from September 2006 to October 2014, including Senior Manager and Manager, specializing in business valuation, due diligence, and M&A advisory for Industrials and Private Equity funds. Early career experience includes an Associate position at Argentum Fondsinvesteringer AS from June 2005 to September 2006. Lars holds a Master's degree in Technology, Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, alongside a Finance credential from the Norwegian School of Economics, and has studied at The University of Auckland.
