Ozan Sahin

Ozan Sahin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ozan started their career at Bosch Turkey as an Engineering Intern in 2011, followed by a stint at ARÇELİK AŞ as an Engineering Intern in 2012. In 2015, they joined EnerNOC as a Working Student in the Network Operation Center, and in 2016, they worked at Uniper as a Power Dispatch & Real-Time Trading SHARP Expert. Since 2017, Ozan has been with Statkraft, where they have held various roles including Operations Coordinator, Operations & System Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Operations.

Ozan Sahin's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi ve Maarif Koleji, where they completed their high school education. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Following this, they enrolled at the Technical University of Munich from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a Master's degree in Power Engineering.

Apart from their formal education, Ozan Sahin has also acquired various certifications. In 2018, they obtained the EPEX Spot Trader Certificate from EPEX SPOT. Furthermore, in 2020, they completed several online courses and received certifications from Coursera, including the Applied Data Science Capstone, Data Science Professional Certificate, IBM Data Science Specialization, Machine Learning with Python, Open Source tools for Data Science, Python for Data Science and AI, Data Visualization with Python, Data Analysis with Python, Data Science Methodology, Databases and SQL for Data Science, and What is Data Science? In 2023, they obtained the TGE Trader Certificate from the Polish Power Exchange (TGE) and the EEX Gas Trader Certificate from the European Energy Exchange AG.
