Portia Mensah

Portia Mensah, FCIPD, currently serves as Vice President and Head of HR for Statkraft in the UK and Northern Europe since August 2022. Prior to this role, Portia held the position of Chief People Officer at htec and worked as a Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA at ThoughtSpot. Previous experience includes roles at IBM as Client HR Business Partner and International Human Resources Manager, as well as interim HR positions at Visa Europe and leadership in UK HR at Vattenfall. Portia's early career involved HR advisory roles at CH2M and WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, along with interim HR and training positions at Sainsbury's and Novus Leisure. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International HRM from Kingston University, a CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management from BPP Law School, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
