LeAnn Collins MBA, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. LeAnn is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at StatLab, where they started in April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Human Resources and Risk at Continental Battery from March 2019 to April 2021.
From 2014 to 2018, LeAnn held the position of SVP of Human Resources and Marketing at Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate. In this role, they oversaw HR and marketing functions across ten regional offices and played a key role in developing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Before joining Gemini Rosemont, LeAnn worked as the Director of Human Resources at Ernest Health from January 2013 to March 2014. LeAnn was responsible for managing HR functions for 3,300 employees across 25 locations and 11 states.
Prior to their role at Ernest Health, LeAnn served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at TriCore Reference Laboratories from 2008 to 2013. Here, they provided HR leadership for a medical laboratory testing facility with 33 locations and 1,200 employees.
LeAnn's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at the City of Ardmore from 2006 to 2008, where they led HR management and strategic planning for over 300 city employees. LeAnn also has extensive experience in HR leadership positions in the manufacturing and healthcare industries, where they designed and implemented HR policies, programs, and strategies.
LeAnn holds an MBA and is SPHR certified.
LeAnn Collins MBA, SPHR has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Organizational Development from Colorado Technical University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Management from Texas A&M University.
In terms of additional certifications, LeAnn Collins holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from SHRM, achieved in February 2015. LeAnn also has a certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
