LeAnn Collins MBA, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. LeAnn is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at StatLab, where they started in April 2021. LeAnn's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at the City of Ardmore from 2006 to 2008, where they led HR management and strategic planning for over 300 city employees. LeAnn also has extensive experience in HR leadership positions in the manufacturing and healthcare industries, where they designed and implemented HR policies, programs, and strategies.
LeAnn holds an MBA and is SPHR certified.
LeAnn Collins MBA, SPHR has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Organizational Development from Colorado Technical University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Management from Texas A&M University.
In terms of additional certifications, LeAnn Collins holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from SHRM, achieved in February 2015. LeAnn also has a certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
