Grethe Wiegels

Grethe Wiegels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Helsedirektoratet, Grethe focuses on enhancing the working environment, organizational culture, and psychological safety within the healthcare system, alongside developing the "Kulturbyggingsprogrammet" training program. As an HR Advisor at Oslo universitetssykehus, Grethe supports leaders across multiple departments, while also advising on organizational culture and team development. Grethe's previous roles include HR Consultant at Aker Solutions and an Advisor at the Labour Union organization Delta, among others. Academic qualifications include an Executive Course in Team Effectiveness from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA in Innovation, HR, and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Edith Cowan University. Additionally, Grethe has contributed to community integration efforts as a volunteer Refugee Guide with the Red Cross Norway.
