Farhan Shafiq

Farhan Shafiq is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in process automation and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Stats NZ since March 2023, Farhan previously held the position of Principal Consultant/Manager at Tenzing Limited, where involvement included implementing a new digital platform for a public entity. Farhan's background includes significant roles at Cigna as a Business Process Analyst, focusing on automation and system implementation, and at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment in Qatar as a Technical Process Analyst and Agile Scrum Master, emphasizing process improvement and Agile methodologies. Earlier experience includes senior engineering roles at TACME and Ultimus, where Farhan specialized in business process modeling and automation, alongside an initial role as a lecturer at Kohat University of Science & Technology.
