Andrew Morrissey

Andrew Morrissey is an experienced sports scientist and performance coach currently serving as Technical Account Director at STATSports since July 2016, with previous roles including Account Director, Senior Sport Scientist, and Sports Scientist. Morrissey has also worked as MNT Sport Scientist for the Football Association of Ireland and as U19 Physical Performance Coach for Dundalk FC. Earlier in the career, Morrissey held positions as Volunteer Strength and Conditioning Coach at Munster Rugby and as GPS Analyst for Tipperary GAA, contributing to data collection and analysis for player movements. Morrissey began coaching as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Tipperary GAA, focusing on youth development. The educational background includes a degree in Strength and Conditioning from Limerick Institute of Technology.
