Komal Bhatia began their professional career in 2020 as a Human Resources Intern at Bonzer Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Komal then joined Lybrate in the same year as a Product Management Intern, where they learned how to vision a product, understand product roadmaps, and create SKUs on testing and production panels. In 2021, Komal joined StatusNeo as a Growth Analyst and Associate Consultant - Talent Analyst, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and hiring for Java, Microservices, .Net Core, Angular, React, and Medical claims.

Komal Bhatia obtained a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak between 2015 and 2019. In July 2021, they obtained a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from DevSkiller.
