Caroline van Assche

Caroline VAN ASSCHE is a seasoned professional in demand planning and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Demand Planner at STÄUBLI since November 2023. Previously, Caroline held the role of Global Demand Planner at NAOS (Bioderma - Institut Esthederm - Etat Pur) from July 2017 to October 2023, focused on delivering a reliable 18-month demand plan through collaboration with various departments. Caroline also contributed to international expansion efforts as an International Business Services Manager at NAOS, where responsibilities included project management and the creation of a support service unit. Earlier experiences include a personal volunteer project in Southeast Asia and roles in marketing and external audit at NAOS, Deloitte, and Chausport. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from IÉSEG School of Management and has pursued further education in supply chain management through APICS.
