Remco Peters is an experienced professional in leadership excellence, coaching, and change management, currently serving as a Partner at STAUFEN. since March 2013. Prior to this role, Remco worked as a Principal at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA, focusing on automotive consulting with an emphasis on lean management and quality management. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant at both Cap Gemini and EY, specializing in supply chain management and strategic sourcing, as well as a Consultant at Agamus Consult with a focus on value stream mapping and lean production. Remco holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Groningen.
