Brianna Bowen is a seasoned professional in product development and quality assurance, currently serving as QA & R&D Manager at Staughton Group since November 2023. Previously, Brianna held multiple roles at v2food from April 2021 to November 2023, culminating as R&D Systems and Process Lead. Brianna's tenure at Mars from January 2015 to April 2021 encompassed roles such as Product Development/Deployment Scientist and Formulation Scientist, focused on formulating dry pet food products and ensuring regulatory compliance. Earlier experiences include an R&D Graduate position at Monash University, where computational modelling and research presentations were key, and roles in education and care, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching abilities. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science / Engineering from Monash University, with specialization in Formulation Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
