Marina Bita

Marina Bita is an experienced professional currently serving as Visitors Experience Supervisor at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) since May 2024, where responsibilities include coordinating daily operations and training the visitors experience team. Previously, Marina held the position of Operations Manager at Tinos Restaurant, overseeing day-to-day operations, and at GoStudent, managing tutor supply in the Greek market while conducting onboarding workshops. At Ferryhopper, Marina excelled as Head of Operations and Customer Service Team Lead, focusing on customer satisfaction and engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Perosea Shipping Co. S.A. Marina holds a Master of Science in Services Management from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient/Classical Greek Language and Literature from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
