Jay Patrick de Guzman

Jay Patrick De Guzman is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving at Stax Payments since January 2023, Jay previously worked as a lead software engineer at CardX, where responsibilities included sprint scheduling, software architecture design, and mentoring fellow engineers. With a solid background as a full stack developer, expertise encompasses technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, AWS, and various database systems. Jay successfully reduced query response times significantly and optimized performance in prior roles.
