Rob Rose

Rob Rose is an experienced customer success professional currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success for Stax Pay since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at Addition Financial, ascending from Relationship Advisor to Assistant Manager in the Contact Center from August 2020 to August 2022. Rob's career began at Guitar Center, where roles included Store Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Lead Customer Service Associate, starting from December 2016 until June 2020, along with a position as Sales Associate from August 2015 to September 2016. Rob Rose earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida State University and is currently pursuing further education at Florida International University since July 2020.
