Patti Rother, CFE has a strong background in franchise development and management. Patti is currently the President of Stay In Your Lane where she helps good brands become CULT brands. Patti is a Member at Chief, the only private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.. Patti also served as Vice President of Franchise Development at The NOW Massage, and prior to that was the President of Frios Gourmet Pops, where she led the company from 2021 to 2023. Patti has a proven track record in franchise development, having held positions such as VP of Franchise Development at Scenthound, Director of Franchise Development at Blink Fitness, and Senior Director of Franchise Development at Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh. Patti started their career in the industry as the Director of Franchise Sales & Operations at Noodles & Company, where they oversaw all franchise groups and managed franchise sales. Patti also has experience in restaurant management, having worked as a General Manager at Noodles & Company and an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread. Throughout their career, Patti has demonstrated expertise in franchise qualification, marketing, site selection, and franchisee support.

Patti Rother, CFE, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology, which was obtained from Messiah University from 2004 to 2008. Patti has also obtained several additional certifications, including Certified Foster Parent from Boulder County in March 2020 and Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from ICFE in February 2020. Patti also holds certifications in Crisis Prevention and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and ServSafe Alcohol and Food.
