Miroslav Gospodinov

Miroslav Gospodinov has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder and Director at Staykeepers, a prop-tech company focused on the Build to Rent sector. Miroslav played a key role in developing an online platform that offers a compliant and controlled short-let service, generating passive income for both tenants and building owners.

Prior to Staykeepers, Miroslav served as a Director at WinwInnKeeper, which later evolved into Staykeepers. This technology-driven short-let management company provided a full range of services for holiday rentals, including communication, check-in/out, cleaning, interior design consultations, and pricing optimization.

Before entering the prop-tech industry, Miroslav founded and served as CEO of East Rock Property, a real estate company. Miroslav also gained experience as an Investment Consultant at Real Estate & REIT Modelling, where they specialized in financial valuation.

Additionally, Miroslav worked as a Security Manager/Administrative Assistant at Prevent Security and as Implementaion and Strategy at Shivoko LLC. Alongside their professional roles, they founded and served as an Analyst of the University Square Stratford (USS) Investment Club, where they conducted financial valuations and macroeconomic research.

Miroslav Gospodinov's education history includes attending The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2015 for the Accounting Department Summer School, where they focused on Applied Valuation and Security Analysis. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued an MSc in Finance and Risk at the University of East London. In addition to their formal education, Miroslav has obtained several certifications, including a CFA Level 1 Preparation Course from LSBF - London School of Business & Finance (LSBF), a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice - Level 1 from the Institute of Financial Services, and additional certifications in Excellence With Excel, Financial Modeling Fundamentals, and Real Estate & REIT Modeling from Breaking Into Wall Street.
