Nicki Dehler

Nicki Dehler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as VP Product at StayNTouch, where they were responsible for creating and developing a Hotel Property Management System. Nicki managed product design and functionalities, the general roadmap, release cycles, and development teams. Prior to that, they served as Director of Product Management at StayNTouch and as a Product Manager.

Before joining StayNTouch, Nicki worked for Dorchester Collection as an Opera Consultant. Nicki also held various positions at MICROS Systems - Asia Pacific, including Regional Director Operations and Technical Product Manager.

Early in their career, Nicki worked as the Reservations Manager and Front Office Supervisor at The Criterion Hotel. Nicki also gained vocational training in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Dorint Sporthotel Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Nicki Dehler obtained a Hotel Management Degree from Hotelfachschule Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Germany from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they also have a number of certifications in various fields. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Earth Science from ACS Distance Education. Nicki also holds certifications in Marine Studies I / II (obtained in 2013), TEFL Certificate in Business English (obtained in 2012), International TEFL certificate (obtained in 2012), and Conservation & Environmental Management (obtained in 2012).
