Prior to this role, Sven was the CEO and Founder of Agencia Heidelberg from November 2004 to May 2016, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance the agency's market presence. Earlier in the career, Sven gained foundational experience in the insurance sector through an Ausbildung at Debeka Versicherungen from September 2000 to July 2003.
