Leah Searle Assoc Cipd

Leah Searle, holding an Associate CIPD designation, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of People at Situ since January 2021, where previous roles included Head of People and HR Manager. Prior to this, Leah worked at Dartington Trust from November 2015 to January 2021 as a Human Resources Business Partner, along with roles as HR and People Advisor and HR Administrator. Earlier experience includes serving as a Healthcare Recruiter at Newcross Healthcare Solutions from March 2014 to October 2015. Leah obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (CIPD Level 7) from the University of Plymouth between 2016 and 2018, and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Practice from CIPD obtained from 2015 to 2016, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion from Arts University Plymouth, earned from 2008 to 2011.
