Currently serving as Group COO at Staysure Group, Al focuses on enhancing customer experience through digitisation and automation. Previously, as UK COO at Pinnacle Pet Group, significant achievements included driving a 450% growth over six years and implementing cost reductions through technology initiatives. Al's earlier roles at Zurich Insurance involved leading the transformation of the Commercial Broker business unit and delivering strategic digital solutions. With a strong foundation in business change from prior positions at RSA Insurance and consulting firms such as Baringa and Accenture, Al has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and innovation. Al holds a degree in Physics from the University of Oxford.
