Carly Lewis

Carly Lewis possesses extensive experience in project and business management within the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Business Manager to the Group COO at The Fidelis Partnership since January 2023, Carly also holds the position of Head of Business Change & PMO. Previously, Carly worked as an IT Project Manager at Fidelis Insurance and as a Project Manager at both Canopius Group and Miller Insurance Services LLP. Early career experience includes a role as an IT Project Manager at Starr Companies. Carly holds a BSc in Psychology and Business Administration from Aston University, complemented by foundational education at Afon Taf High School.
