Steph Beard

Steph Beard currently serves as CX Lead at Staysure Group since July 2023, after holding the position of CX Delivery Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Häfele UK Ltd from June 2019 to June 2023 as Ecommerce Manager for Western Europe and Digitalisation Manager, where responsibilities involved leading product delivery and managing a product backlog. Prior to Häfele, Steph worked at Wolseley UK from September 2013 to May 2019 in various digital marketing roles, including Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Communications Manager, focusing on customer engagement strategies and operational management. Earlier experience includes positions at Cogent Elliott as Digital Account Manager and at Calor Gas Ltd as Product Manager and Marketing Executive. Academic qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Stirling.
