Kelly Carden

Kelly Carden has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and customer relations. Kelly started their career at JOLYN as a Customer Relations & Sales Manager in June 2016 and continued in that role until January 2020. During their time at JOLYN, they also worked as a Digital Marketing Coordinator from September 2019 to August 2021.

In 2021, Kelly joined Common Thread Collective as a Retention Strategist 1 in August and was later promoted to Senior Retention Strategist in April 2022. Kelly worked in this company until May 2023.

Currently, Kelly is employed at Staytuned as a Retention Marketing Manager, a role they started in May 2023. Their responsibilities in this position include developing and implementing strategies to enhance user retention and loyalty, analyzing user data for insights, and creating targeted campaigns to engage and retain users.

Kelly Carden earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Kelly also obtained a Deliverability Certified certification from Klaviyo in February 2023.
