Anthony Phillips has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Anthony started their career in 1995 at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an In Room Dining - Hotel Butler. Anthony then moved on to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 1998, where they worked in Food & Beverage roles. In 2002, they joined Radisson as a Food & Beverage Manager / Banquets Manager and stayed there until 2006. From 2007 to 2009, Anthony served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Since 2009, they have been with StayWell Holdings, working in various roles such as General Manager, Area Manager, and Associate Director of Global Operations.

Anthony Phillips attended Hotel Acadamie Accor from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2011, they enrolled at Leadership Management Australia and completed a Diploma in High Performance Management in 2012, focusing on Business/Managerial Economics. During the same period, they also attended REIQ, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management.
