Max Wiegerinck has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Max has held various roles in well-known hotel companies such as StayWell Holdings, Keane, XAMLA Consultancy, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., Taste, The Peninsula Hotels, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®).

Their most recent position at StayWell Holdings involves serving as the Regional Director of Operations - Middle East & India, responsible for operating hotels and new openings in the Middle East, India, and Egypt. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Management Consultant at Keane.

Max started their career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as FOM and later worked as a Manager at Taste and FOM at Palace Hotel Beijing by Peninsula, under The Peninsula Hotels brand.

Max began their professional journey in the hospitality industry with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), where they held various Rooms Division roles in Berlin, London, and Amsterdam.

Max Wiegerinck has a Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study from Hotelschool The Hague, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990.
