Hector Jimenez-Bravo

Hector Jimenez-Bravo is a prominent culinary entrepreneur and television personality, currently serving as the founder of multiple successful ventures, including NĂM • Modern Vietnamese Cuisine, BAO • Modern Chinese Cuisine, and Bo. Pastry. Since 2011, Hector has been a TV host and judge on "MasterChef & MasterChef Kids Ukraine." As the founder of the Culinary Academy Hector Jimenez-Bravo and CEO of Bravo Group LLC, Hector leads various food and beverage initiatives, including significant projects within Yaroslaviv Val LLC., where responsibilities encompass managing culinary development across upscale hospitality properties. Hector has held prestigious roles such as Executive Chef at InterContinental Hotels Group and Director of Cuisine at W Hotels in the Maldives. Education includes a Master of Liberal Arts in Gastronomy and an MBA from Boston University, alongside certifications in Culinary Arts.
