Lilia Novikova

Lilia Novikova is an experienced Hair & Makeup Artist currently working with STB since January 2009, contributing to popular TV shows such as X-Factor, So You Think You Can Dance, Ukraine's Got Talent, and Strictly Come Dancing, as well as collaborating with magazines, photographers, beauty salons, fashion shows, and designers. Prior to this role, Lilia served as a Special Education Teacher at the Kiev National Institute of Technology and Design from September 2005 to August 2010, where responsibilities included teaching eight subjects related to the beauty industry and preparing students for national hairdressing, styling, and makeup competitions, including conducting master classes in various regions of Ukraine.
