Gina Ann Richter

Gina Ann Richter, Ph.D. has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to learning and development. Gina Ann is currently the Managing Director of Curation Services at St. Charles Consulting Group, where they focus on shifting clients from creating learning experiences to curation. Prior to this, they worked as a Learning Strategist at Conduent, where they led the strategy for designing and implementing a Learning & Performance ecosystem.

Before their role at Conduent, Gina was the President of GO-Learning Inc, where they designed strategic proposals for clients and delivered presentations on successful course design. Gina Ann also worked as a Learning Strategist and Senior Consultant at Xerox, where they were involved in creating a modality selection tool and facilitating a connected learning culture.

In addition to their corporate experience, Gina has also worked in academia. Gina Ann served as an Online Faculty member at St. Joseph's College and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix. Gina Ann also contributed as a Subject Matter Expert and Adjunct Instructor at Ellis University.

Gina's experience also includes a role as a Senior Instructional Designer at First Data Corporation, where they developed a comprehensive learning series and led a team in the design of an HR transformation video. Earlier in their career, they worked at Canon USA as an Assistant Curriculum Development Manager, where they implemented successful eLearning initiatives and mentored designers.

Dr. Gina Ann Richter holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Education from Capella University. Gina Ann also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Education- Instructional Design for Online Learning from the same institution. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography at Shepherd University.
