Tina Scruggs-Poston

Tina Scruggs-Poston has a diverse range of work experience in marketing, community relations, and public relations. Tina started their career as a Public Relations and Marketing Manager at SSM St. Joseph Hospital of Kirkwood and SSM Health Care from January 1997 to August 2003. Tina then worked as a PR/Communications Consultant at Vector Communications, Inc from January to December 2004, where they provided various communications and marketing services to clients. Tina subsequently joined Provident Counseling as a Public Relations and Communications specialist from April to October 2005. Following that, they worked as a Community Relations Representative at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and was responsible for organizing community relations and philanthropy programs from October 2005 to April 2006. Tina then became the Director of Marketing, Community Relations, and Foundation at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in November 2006. In this role, they oversaw all marketing communications activities, including digital marketing and social media. Finally, Tina worked part-time as a Monitoring Associate at FleishmanHillard from November 2018 to October 2019.

Tina Scruggs-Poston completed their High School diploma at Northwest High School from 1976 to 1980, where they studied basics and journalism. After that, they attended Drury University from 1980 to 1982 and acquired an Associate degree in Communications. Later, from 1982 to 1984, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Communications/Radio and Television at the University of Missouri. The education history concludes with their obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which they completed from 1980 to 1984.
