Ken Claire

Ken Claire has extensive experience in the senior living industry. Ken is currently the VP of Senior Living at Steadfast Companies, where they have been since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at the same company from May 2019 to November 2020. Ken also founded and served as President of Silvercrest Management Consulting, Inc. in April 2019. Before that, they were the Vice President of Operations at Oakmont Senior Living from March 2018 to April 2019. Ken held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Elder Care Alliance from September 2015 to March 2018, where they achieved a 94% occupancy rate and implemented a new CRM system. Ken also worked at Brookdale as the Regional Director of Operations/Vice President of Sales and Marketing and at Atria Senior Living Group as the Regional Director of Sales and Operations, where they achieved significant growth in occupancy and implemented innovative sales strategies. Ken's career in senior living began at Sunrise Senior Living, where they served in various leadership roles and successfully increased occupancy rates.
