Ali Zein Yousuf

Ali Zein Yousuf is a software engineer with over 10 years of experience. In 2008, they began working as a Bench Technician at Red Barn Technology Group, INC., where they provided phone and remote desktop support, as well as repaired netbooks and rackmount servers. In 2011, they interned at Intel Corporation as a Post Silicon Functional Verification Engineer, where they wrote a Perl script to parse output from a testing suite and generate statistics. In 2012, they returned to Intel Corporation as a Post Silicon Functional Validation Intern, where they generated a custom build of an internal Linux variant for testing on preproduction Bay Trail and created a proof of concept test in C to initialize and load a GPU test without booting a full operating system. In 2014, they worked as a Software Developer at The Blackstone Group, where they were responsible for the internal intranet and external websites including Blackstone. In 2017, they became a Platform Engineer at Lifion by ADP. In 2020, they joined Amazon as an SDE II. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Steadily.

Ali Zein Yousuf attended Penn State University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Hardware design and Programming.
