Austin Koster

Austin Koster has held a number of roles over the past decade. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Entertainment Director at BASS Entertainment LLC, a family owned and operated disk jockey business. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A-Franchise. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Sales Consultant at OfficeMax, specializing in the technology department and technology services. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Physical Plant Office Worker at Truman State University, maintaining an intricate file system for all work orders and maintenance performed. In 2018, they were an Asset Management Intern at U.S. Bank, monitoring the operations of underlying tax credit properties and assisting managers in monitoring investment value and return. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Fund Administrator Intern at State Street, managing office administration, monitoring expense performance and returns, and ensuring fund compliance. Finally, since 2021, they have been an Operations Analyst at Steadily, serving in a Jack-of-all-trades role and handling projects big and small to ensure a high-growth company runs smoothly.

Austin Koster attended Truman State University from 2015-2019, where they studied Business Finance and Economics. In 2018, they also attended Bond University, where they studied Economics.
