Mark Elias

Mark Elias began their career in 2013 as an Engineer in Training at Turner Construction Company, where they rotated between internal departments of the Kuwait University Construction Project. Mark used Primavera to complete project schedules and critical paths, as well as calculated and submitted BOQs. Mark also enhanced their leadership and interpersonal skills by supervising labourers in the installation of framework and concrete pouring. In 2015, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Steadiwear Inc., a company that caters to the dexterity needs of Essential tremor and Parkinson's disease sufferers, aiming to improve their independence and quality of life through the development of assistive technology.

Mark Elias attended the University of Toronto from 2010-2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering. Mark then returned to the University of Toronto in 2014 and obtained a Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Business Administration and Management in 2015.
