Mudit Aggarwal has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Mudit is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Steady Rabbit since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Co-Founder at OneAD, a social gaming platform, from April 2016. At OneAD, Mudit played a crucial role in building the platform and expanding its user network in India.
From April 2016 to December 2020, Mudit served as the Director of Operations at Search Value. During their tenure, they oversaw the operational aspects of the company.
Mudit began their career at Honeywell where they worked as an Engineer from February 2006 to July 2007. Mudit then joined Siemens as a Senior Systems Engineer from August 2007 to June 2008, where they were responsible for supporting the development of Samsung phones on NXP Architecture.
Mudit's longest tenure was at Samsung Noida, where they worked as a Development Manager from July 2008 to March 2016. In this role, they served as a solution architect for new applications and projects and managed the entire life cycle of Samsung phones, from planning to launch.
Throughout their career, Mudit has demonstrated strong leadership skills and technical expertise, contributing significantly to the success of the organizations they have worked for.
Mudit Aggarwal completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ABES Engineering College, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Before that, they pursued their science education at Ingraham Institute, where they completed their XII education from 1998 to 2000.

In 2016, we started OneAD - a gaming platform. In the very first month, we got more than half a million registered users. It was assured that we were moving in the right direction. In due course, we started to realize that with a growing user base, users’ expectations were also growing. We were a small team of 12 guys, who stuck together and rose to the occasion, and kept delivering. To be honest, we did not have the experience to handle such scalability, security, or stability issues. But, not only did we learn during the journey, but within 2 years we saw tremendous user growth to 30 million users. And yes, we achieved all the above while operating in bootstrap and did not spend a single dollar on paid marketing. In 2019, we finally took a humble exit. This journey honed our skills to handle the next level applications. We realized two important aspects that were key to our success - - Be open to making mistakes but move fast. (Rabbit) - Be persistent in the pursuit of learning and avoid making the same mistakes (Steady) Now we are starting a new journey with Steady Rabbit.
