Lauren Courtney

Lauren Courtney, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Workforce Management at SteadyMD, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager of Workforce Implementation at the same company from August 2022 to July 2023. Lauren also worked at Accenture as a Business & Integration Architecture Specialist from February 2022 to August 2022. Lauren gained experience in workforce optimization and management as an Operational Excellence Consultant at Workforce Insight, part of Accenture, from November 2021 to February 2022.
