Manindra Kumar is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, spanning over 19 years in various roles. Currently serving as HR Manager at STEAG Energy Services GmbH since April 2017, Manindra is responsible for overseeing strategic HR functions. Concurrently, as Manager - HR&ADMN at Pearl Group since November 2010, responsibilities include managing the end-to-end payroll process and facilitating employee exits.
