TJ Kling is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as General Manager at Steak n Shake since July 2023, overseeing franchise operations. Previously, TJ held general manager positions at Portillo's and T Allen King Gyros, where responsibilities included running and operating entire restaurants. Additionally, TJ worked as Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton Garden Inn for several years and served as Bar Manager at Logan's Roadhouse. Early career experience also includes a role as a Fitness Coach at Beachbody. TJ holds a degree in business from IUSB and attended Ivy Tech Community College.
