Avraham Hampel

Avraham Hampel has extensive experience in corporate development, fundraising, and regulatory compliance. As the VP of Corporate Development at Steakholder Foods, they successfully completed a $28 million Nasdaq IPO, managed regulatory adaptation, and optimized inorganic growth opportunities. Prior to this, they worked as a Business & IPO Consultant, leading companies through the IPO process and preparing compelling business plans. At Anchiano Therapeutics, they served as the Deputy CFO and Corporate Governance Manager, overseeing financial management, fundraising activities, and project management. Avraham also has experience as the Manager of Administration & Information Systems at Real-Time Radiography Ltd.

Avraham Hampel completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with cum laude honors in Economics/Logistics from Bar-Ilan University. Avraham then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance/Accounting at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, graduating in 2012. Recently, in 2021, they enrolled at Harvard Extension School to enhance their knowledge in Business Strategy by completing a course titled "Business Strategy: Evaluating and Executing the Strategic Plan."
