Errikos Chalegoua is an experienced R&D Food Technologist currently employed at Steakholder Foods since February 2024. Prior roles include serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Volcani Institute from July 2022 to June 2024, and as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment from March 2022 to February 2024. Additional experience encompasses positions as an Admin Agronomist at THERMOIL from November 2020 to May 2021, a Food Analyst and Technologist Assistant at ΕΛΓΟ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ in early 2019, and a Laboratory Intern at the Agricultural University of Athens. Errikos Chalegoua holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry Food Sciences and Nutrition from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences/Aquaculture from the Agricultural University of Athens.
