Yair Ayalon

Yair Ayalon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Yair currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Steakholder Foods since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager at the same company from April 2022 to July 2022.

Before joining Steakholder Foods, Yair served as the Vice President of Business Development at Bioled Eco Light Systems Ltd. from December 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they successfully developed and managed the company's sales and business development activities, resulting in a revenue increase of over 100% in less than a year. Yair's responsibilities included recruiting and managing strategic customers and partners, as well as building the company's business and strategic plans.

From December 2018 to December 2020, Yair worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Israel, specializing in transaction services. In this role, they led and conducted financial projects, analyzing companies from various industries both domestically and internationally.

Yair also has experience as the CEO of the Student Association at The College of Management Academic Studies from January 2017 to December 2018. During their tenure, they managed a significant budget, supervised a large team, and implemented technological improvements.

Yair'searlier experience includes working as an Assistant Economist at Nestlé from January 2016 to March 2017 and serving as a Commanding Officer in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces from June 2007 to January 2014.

Yair Ayalon earned their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2014 to 2017. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the same institution.
