Saurabh Khatri

Saurabh Khatri is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, at a Stealth Mode AI Startup since August 2025, Saurabh serves as a Builder. Previously, Saurabh was a Group Product Manager at Deliveroo from March 2020 to September 2025, where notable achievements included leading the enhancement of scheduled orders and spearheading multiple initiatives to improve rider lifecycle management and logistics algorithms. Prior to Deliveroo, Saurabh held positions at Uber, focusing on AI and machine learning for dynamic pricing, and consulted for Simon-Kucher on revenue and pricing strategies across diverse regions. Additional experience includes managing Amazon's global Prime program, a strategic role with the Government of Delhi on solid waste management, and driving significant revenue growth at GE Capital. Saurabh holds an MBA from Duke University and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
