Vladimir Furman

Vladimir Furman serves as the Head of Engineering at Stealth Mode Startup since January 2024, leading engineering initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineering Manager at Paxos from January 2018 to December 2023, where Vladimir built and led distributed development teams for blockchain and banking integrations in a regulated financial context. As Senior Manager of Software Engineering at LiveIntent, Inc. from January 2017 to December 2018, Vladimir directed teams to develop a real-time marketing platform. Prior positions also include Senior Technical Lead at Vidyo, where Vladimir managed engineering for a partnership with Google, and Senior Manager at Oracle, overseeing global team operations and quality measures. Vladimir holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science with a focus on Cryptography from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and has completed the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum in Strategy Consulting at The Wharton School.
