Harley Barnes Jr. started their work experience in 2000 as a Group Sales Rep at Canada Life. Harley later moved on to Sun Life Financial in 2004 as a Group Sales Manager, where they managed the Phoenix Group Office and was responsible for Life/ADD, STD, LTD, Dental & Stop Loss sales. In 2009, Harley joined Stealth Partner Group, an Amwins Company, as Co-CEO. At Stealth, they focus on negotiating and managing medical stop loss and ancillary benefits with top-tier carriers. Harley brings over 100 years of collective experience in the insurance marketplace to the team.

Harley Barnes Jr. completed their high school education at Brophy College Prep from 1988 to 1991. Following this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from 1991 to 1995. Harley'smajor field of study at the university was History, while they also pursued a minor in Psychology.
